IsoBriq : concrete building system 'Continuous Concrete

The IsoBriq blocks were designed by Marc Van Dyck in collaboration with the engineers from Comel (known worldwide as a mould builder for various brands).

Since the IsoBriq NV was established, blocks have been put on the market. In Belgium, the Netherlands and France, more than 600 houses have since been built with IsoBriq.

Since 2020, under the impulse of the new owner, a new name has been given that is more in line with its other activities (Green Construct), hence the new name Green Isologic.

For our sales, however, we will retain the better-known name Isobriq, partly because it fits in better with Flanders and the Netherlands).

Apart from Wallonia and France, Isobriq is exclusively distributed by 'Passive House Concept'.

Because we wanted to offer the highest possible quality from the outset, we opted for blocks with a density of 30 kg per M³ (the competitors already start with a density of 24 kg per M³.

Neopor" was also chosen as the raw material. In the EPS world, Neopor® is the material that insulates best.

Isobriq is available in four different thicknesses (25cm, 30cm, 35cm and 40cm) with insulation values that vary according to the thickness of the chosen block

25cm : Thermal insulation: U=0,276 W/m2 K : R=3,62 m2 K/W

40cm : Thermal insulation : U=0,116 W/m2 K : R=8,62 m2 K/W

Given the very limited requests for blocks of 30cm and 35cm, production of these will probably be discontinued.
